          Why we ask for this information

          To send appointment confirmations and reminders via text, your business must be registered with US mobile carriers under the A2P 10DLC programme. This is a federal requirement — carriers will block texts from unregistered numbers.

          All details must exactly match your official business registration documents (e.g. your IRS EIN Confirmation Letter). Mismatches will cause your registration to be rejected and SMS delivery to fail.

          Business Information

          Enter the exact name as shown on your EIN Confirmation Letter or business registration document.
